We continue to make delivery only for orders placed online on www.FlowersEzGo.com or by phone at 1-888-219-6922.
In addition, in some cities in Canada and the United States, we are unable to deliver during this pandemic.


Substitution conditions:

Because of COVID-19, the supply of flowers is much more difficult and we can only have access to the same inventory of flowers in normal times. With this in mind, floral substitutions on most of the items delivered may occur without notice. Arrangements will be made for the same paid value with products as similar as possible. We appreciate your understanding right now.


Places subject to not being able to receive delivery:

Hospitals: It is important to check with the hospital if it is possible to receive flowers.
Doctors' offices or clinics: It is important to check with the hospital if it is possible to receive flowers.


For regular deliveries to homes and workplaces:

Our delivery service works to keep a social distance of 2 meters and more from the recipient at all times. No signature required.


Flower supply:

Our supply chain is affected during this crisis, which means that we have fewer flower varieties than in normal times. For this reason, we may need to substitute more flowers than usual.
